Bill Koffel recently taught the SFPE Application of Fire Risk Assessment workshop in Dubai sponsored by NAFFCO. Attendees were from the Middle East and included representatives from consulting firms, fire protection companies, private industry (Emirates Air), and several Civil Defense agencies.
