Koffel Conference
We encourage continuing education of our staff through attendance at industry conferences and professional development courses, as well as through participation in association and educational seminars. Because of our reputation, knowledge and participation in state, national and industry code development processes, we’re frequently called on to train others in our particular areas of expertise.
We host an annual professional development Koffel Conference for our employees—but you can participate too. During the Koffel Conference, we invite outside experts, as well as our staff, to make technical presentations and share current insights and knowledge with attendees—all in an effort to ensure that our employees (and you!) maintain proficiency and skill with all the technical advancements in our industry.
